Ryan Reynolds has responded to suggestions that Taylor Swift would make a brief appearance in Deadpool 3.
In a Deadpool 3 video he released in September, Reynolds confirmed that Jackman would return, and the two actors also shared details about the threequel.
The relationship between Taylor Swift and Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, is not especially shocking. Reynolds told ET there could also be a way for Swift to appear in Deadpool 3.
While promoting his most recent movie, Spirited, Reynolds addressed the rumors that Swift may appear in Deadpool 3. Reynolds said she would “of course” consent to the musician making an unexpected cameo in Deadpool 3. He said:
If we shoot the next Deadpool film in our house, that would be that location. Are you kidding me? I would do anything for that woman. She’s a genius. Oh my God, yes. All of us, the whole house, I’m not kidding. I love it so much. I do, Blake does, and my daughters do. We love it. Obsessed.
Reynolds and Swift have always supported one another’s endeavors; in 2016, Swift attended a Halloween party wearing Reynolds’ authentic Deadpool outfit.
Since then, Reynolds has attended Swift’s July 4th celebrations and utilized a re-recording of her song “Love Story” in an advertisement for a 2020 dating service. James Reynolds, Swift’s son, also made an appearance on her 2017 album “Reputation,” lending his voice to a soundbite on the song “Gorgeous.”
