Letitia Wright has announced that plans are underway for a third installment of the “Black Panther” series, following the success of the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever was a huge success in theaters, grossing over 800 million dollars worldwide. One of its most notable achievements was Angela Bassett becoming the first actress to win a Golden Globe for a Marvel Cinematic Universe film. However, fans are now wondering about the future of the franchise, as Black Panther 3 is not currently included in Phase 5 or Phase 6 of the MCU.

On the red carpet of the Golden Globes 2023, Letitia Wright, interviewed by Variety, provided important updates on Black Panther 3: I think it’s already in the works, We just had a terrific two years of bringing it out and just everybody coming together to support it. We need a little bit of a break. We need to regroup, and director Ryan Coogler needs to get back into the labs, so it’s gonna take a while, but really excited for you guys to see that. And I believe that good words manifest,” Wright added, “so I’m manifesting a Black Panther 3; why not?
