There are many speculations on social media that Henry Cavill might appear in the Disney+ series Loki as Hyperion, the atoned-for Superman from Marvel Comics.
Though there are persistent reports that Henry Cavill is contemplating joining another series owned by another broadcast network, in which he would portray a superhero tied to The Witcher, fans of The Witcher still need to be made aware of the series’ continuity. However, his Superman persona is a part of the Marvel Universe.
In response to rumors that he would be portraying Hyperion, the exiled Marvel Comics Superman, in season 2 of Disney+’s “Loki,” Henry Cavil decided to make his first remarks on the subject, making it apparent if the rumors were accurate or were conjecture.
Henry Cavill dispelled speculations regarding his purported visit to the Marvel Cinematic Universe while talking on the Happy Sad Confused podcast. He declared that he wouldn’t be a part of Loki’s second season.
According to him, it would be challenging to achieve it now. However, he expressed optimism by saying that if James Gunn could reach it, perhaps he could as well.
Cavill referred to the fact that James Gunn, currently co-chairman and co-CEO of DC Studios, has worked on projects for both the Marvel and DC universes, beginning with the well-known film The Suicide Squad, a huge box office hit.
Henry Cavill recently confirmed his comeback to the role of Superman immediately after DC’s Black Movie premiere. Still, he may not be entering the Marvel world just yet, which will disappoint fantasy drama fans.
