Chris Evans Wants This Marvel Co-Star To Be The Next James Bond
Despite leaving the MCU, Evans remains close with his former colleagues, as seen in a recent Wired interview with him and Ana de Armas. During the interview, Evans supported his old friend Aaron Taylor-Johnson to be the next James Bond.
During the WIRED Autocomplete Interview, One of the most searched questions was, “Is Ana de Armas a Bond Girl?” to which Chris Evans jokingly said, “I’ll do it — I thought you were gonna say the next Bond girl. No, I’m a big Aaron Taylor-Johnson guy.”
For some time now, there has been support for Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s inclusion in the long-standing Bond franchise. However, his portrayal of Tangerine in the David Leitch-directed action-comedy Bullet Train, featuring Brad Pitt, has significantly increased his popularity.
Johnson’s charming appearance and acting prowess make him a promising candidate for the coveted role of James Bond. There have been rumors that he has already had discussions with producers regarding the role, so we can only hope for the best.
