Better Call Saul didn’t win any awards at the Primetime Emmys, earlier this year, the show’s sixth and final season premiered on AMC.
Many viewers had anticipated that since the series had been so excellent, it would finally have some Emmy victories to show. Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be.
Better Call Saul, however, entered the Saturn Awards strong with seven nominations, more than any other series in the running.
Bob Odenkirk (Jimmy McGill) and Rhea Seehorn (Kim Wexler), the television series stars, received awards for best actor and actress, respectively.
Better Call Saul was awarded Best Action and Best Thriller TV Series. Thanks to his iconic performance as Mike Ehrmantraut, Jonathan Banks also won for a supporting character.
