The vocalist of Maroon 5 released his newest song precisely one month after making news for openly refuting claims that he had an extramarital affair with Behati Prinsloo. The mother to Gio Grace and Dusty Rose, a former Victoria’s Secret model, is expecting their third child.
In an Instagram Story post from September 20, he said, “I exercised bad judgment in chatting with anybody other than my wife in ANY flirty manner. “I didn’t have an affair, but I crossed the line during a regretful time in my life,” Adam said.
He said, “My wife and my family are everything to me in this world. “The worst mistake I could have ever made was to be this naive and ignorant as to risk the one thing that mattered to me. I won’t succeed again. I accept full accountability. We’ll manage to overcome it. And together, we shall overcome this.”
Behati hasn’t publicly commented about the situation, but they were spotted out and about in the weeks following. The model also showed her support by attending Adam’s performance in Las Vegas on October 1.
