Fans are always keen to cast their personal in any of the hit shows, Be it in Marvel Universe or DC Universe, or in this case the Universe created by George R.R. Martin. Yes, we’re talking about Henry Cavill and Elizabeth Olsen in House of the Dragon.
Following the premiere of Season One of House of the Dragon, fans have been unable to stop talking about this fantastic project and all that the second season has in store.
The second season will premiere in 2024, and we will have to wait that long to witness the significant epic war between the main characters, which will be called Dance of the Dragons.
The casting choice for House of the Dragon was just fantastic. Emma Darcy is currently the subject of a power struggle in Westeros and, of course, the brilliant Matt Smith, who did a tremendous job as Prince Daemon.
However, can you imagine what would have happened if the key characters had been played by, say, the “most popular” actors? Even if they hadn’t been able to play the part perfectly, they would have looked fantastic in the Targaryen dress.
After spending so much time with Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher series, it’s safe to say that he looks great in period attire and long platinum hair. However, we’re still determining if his extreme muscularity fits the bill for George RR Martin’s character.
However, the actress who plays Rhaenyra Targaryen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe looks fantastic because both the medieval dress and the platinum blonde hair suit her style perfectly. The red dress Elizabeth Olsen wears in this poster is reminiscent of the Scarlet Witch’s outfit from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
