In a recent press conference, Lilly expressed her excitement about the possibility of her character having a more prominent role in future films. When asked by the press if a Wasp film (without Ant-Man) was possible, Evangeline Lilly said, “I’m going to make a pitch that — I think — it might be time for a Hope spinoff,” Lilly explained. “For a Wasp standalone film. Do we agree? do we agree? Anyone going to buy that?”
It would be great to see a film that gives more attention to the character of Hope Van Dyne. Such a production would align with the current trend of empowering female characters and provide fans with a deeper understanding of this beloved heroine, who has the potential to evoke strong emotions and deliver surprising moments.

While we await Marvel’s plans for Hope, we eagerly anticipate Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, directed by Peyton Reed and produced by Kevin Feige and Stephen Broussard.
